There is a simple process to follow, and if you follow our easy step by step guide, we should have this wrapped up for you in no time:
Step 1: Cancel your account with your current ISP
Step 2: Request that your current ISP transfers the ADSL line into the Telkom Wholesale Holding Pool.
Step 3: Once your current ISP has confirmed that the line is transferred into the Telkom Wholesale Holding Pool, OpenWeb is ready to pull the line.
Step 4: Ensure that you have completed and emailed back the OpenWeb ADSL Line Rental Mandate attached. This gives us the permission to take over your ADSL line rental
Step 5: Notify us that the line is in the Telkom Wholesale Holding Pool. We will then proceed to take over the line which will take up to 5 business days to complete.
